Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using Nodalli, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
If you're using Nodalli on behalf of an organization (university, company, student group), you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
What Nodalli does
Nodalli is a software platform that helps users build professional networks. The service includes:
- A Networking Strategy Report (the "NSR") personalized to your career goals
- Access to a database of verified professional contacts
- AI-drafted outreach emails and follow-up sequences
- A CRM-style pipeline tracker
- Optional add-ons (resume reviews, mock interviews, networking lessons, executive coaching)
We may improve, change, or discontinue features over time. We'll let you know about material changes that affect paid plans.
Your account
To use Nodalli, you need an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when signing up
- Be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
- Keep your password secure — you're responsible for everything that happens under your account
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
One person, one account. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
Billing & subscriptions
Some Nodalli plans require payment. By subscribing, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on the schedule shown at checkout.
Free trial
We offer a 14-day free trial on most plans. We require a payment method on file to start the trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, no charge is made. If you don't cancel, your subscription begins automatically at the rate shown at signup.
Subscription billing
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) until cancelled. Renewal is charged to the payment method on file. You can cancel anytime in your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Sprint & one-time purchases
Sprint cohort enrollments and one-time add-ons are charged in full at purchase. App access continues at the stated monthly rate after the program ends, unless cancelled.
Pricing changes
We may adjust prices for new billing cycles. Existing subscribers receive at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect.
The $20 guarantee
The Networking Sprint comes with a coffee-chat guarantee. Here's how it works:
- Complete the minimum activity laid out in your Networking Strategy Report (sending the AI-drafted emails, replying to your week-2 check-in, etc.)
- If you finish the 4-week program and do not book a single coffee chat, we refund your Sprint fee in full and pay you an additional $20
- The guarantee applies only when the NSR minimums are completed in good faith
Plain English: follow the plan, get a coffee chat — or you walk away with more money than you started with.
Claims must be submitted within 14 days of program completion to info@nodalli.com. We review the activity log on your account before issuing the refund and bonus.
Refunds & cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime, no questions asked.
- Free trial — cancel before day 14 and you're never charged
- Monthly subscription — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month; no partial refunds
- Sprint — refundable in full up to 48 hours before your cohort kickoff call. After kickoff, the $20 guarantee (above) applies
- Annual plans — pro-rated refund within 30 days of purchase

Acceptable use
You agree not to use Nodalli to:
- Send spam, harassment, or unlawful messages
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
- Scrape, copy, or resell our contact database
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract our AI models or training data
- Run automated tools or bots against the service without our written permission
- Violate any applicable law (anti-spam, privacy, employment, etc.)
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.
Your content
You own what you write. Drafts, sent emails, contact notes, and any other content you create on Nodalli remain yours.
By using the service, you grant Nodalli a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process your content solely to operate the service. We do not use your private outreach to train AI models, sell to third parties, or display publicly.
Aggregated, anonymized usage patterns (reply rates, response times) may be used to improve the product and publish high-level benchmarks.
Our intellectual property
The Nodalli platform — including the brand, design, code, and content we publish (workshops, playbooks, guides) — is owned by Nodalli, Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Partner organizations (universities, student groups) receive a non-exclusive license to use the curriculum and workshop materials we deliver for internal, non-commercial purposes. Resale or sublicensing is not permitted without written consent.
Disclaimers & warranties
Nodalli is provided "as is" and "as available." While we work hard to keep the service running and useful, we don't guarantee that:
- Every email will receive a reply
- Every coffee chat will lead to a job offer
- Every contact in the database is current — people change roles, leave companies, etc.
- The service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or 100% accurate
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement).
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nodalli's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid Nodalli in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) $100 CAD.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost job opportunities, lost income, or damage to professional relationships — even if we were advised of the possibility.
Termination
You can stop using Nodalli and delete your account anytime from your account settings, or by emailing info@nodalli.com.
We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that harms us, our users, or third parties. We'll notify you when reasonably possible.
Sections that should survive termination (intellectual property, liability, governing law) continue to apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. For material changes, we'll email registered users at least 30 days in advance.
Continuing to use Nodalli after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
