Your members want results.Your team has limited time + budget.

Members say they want networking… but don't know how to start (or feel anxious doing it alone).

Your events are great—yet it's hard to turn them into consistent 1:1 conversations and job outcomes.

Stakeholders ask: "What impact did this programming create?" and you don't have clean reporting.

Budget pressure is real, so you need programming that's both high-impact and easy to justify.

Nodalli = networking infrastructure

for your members + reporting for your org

For Members

  • A clear plan for who to reach out to, what to say, and how to follow up
  • AI app that finds 200+ relevant contacts and drafts personalized outreach + follow-ups
  • Support loops (office hours/community) so they actually follow through

For Org Leaders

  • Cohort visibility into participation + momentum
  • Clean outcome reporting you can use for stakeholders/sponsors
The 3-Phase Program

How the Program Works

A complete system from education to execution to reporting.

1

Education (Workshops + Office Hours)

The Problem

Members don't understand (1) why networking matters, (2) how to outreach, (3) how to convert chats into interviews.

What We Do

  • Run a hands-on networking workshop (coffee chats, cold outreach, events, follow-ups)
  • Reinforce with weekly office hours
  • You keep materials for future training
2

Networking Sprint (AI App + Community)

The Problem

Knowledge doesn't become action without structure + leverage.

What We Do

  • App access (time-boxed sprint)
  • A networking strategy report + 200+ contacts identified + outreach execution through the platform
  • Optional community layer (Discord-style) to keep engagement high and reduce "drop-off"

What Org Leaders Get:

  • →A cohort page to monitor usage and support members who are struggling
3

Data & Reporting (Prove Impact)

The Problem

"Are we actually creating outcomes?" + "How do we defend/expand budget?"

What We Do

  • Outcome reporting tied to real networking activity (ex: coffee chat momentum)
  • A clean story your org can use to secure sponsors and renew funding

What Success Looks Like for Your Organization

Members consistently book coffee chats (not just attend events)

Your org becomes known as the group that "actually gets results"

You have shareable impact reporting for stakeholders + sponsors

Stronger retention + engagement (members feel momentum and community)

More member success stories (referrals → interviews → offers)

Applications + Program

We didn't guess what students needed—we captured it through applications and surveys.

  • Application funnel that created prestige + boosted engagement
  • Pre + post surveys to measure confidence
  • Student-led marketing amplified awareness

What students told us:

"I want to network but don't know how to start."

"I don't know where to start. It's scary to do alone."

"I have some form of social anxiety and/or ADHD, and find reaching out to strangers very daunting."

"For students like me, who don't have that built-in network, programs like this are incredibly valuable."

3

AI App (Execution engine)

Students didn't have to "find people, write emails, and remember follow-ups" manually.

  • Identify relevant contacts at scale
  • Run outreach + follow-ups automatically
  • Track replies and document coffee chats
4

Data Analysis

We extracted themes from applications/surveys and turned them into program decisions and future improvements.

  • Before/after confidence tracking
  • Weekly outreach behavior changes
  • Impact reporting for stakeholders

Want us to run this for your members?

We're Selective, Because Outcomes Matter

Good fit if you have:

  • A career outcomes mandate (internships/jobs/coffee chats)
  • An engaged exec team
  • A member base you can activate via email/Discord/social

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions specific to org partnerships

Implementation is designed to be low-lift for your exec team. We handle the workshop facilitation, provide all materials, and manage the app/community. Your team's role is primarily coordination (scheduling, member communication) and monitoring the cohort dashboard. Expect 2-3 hours of exec time per phase, with most of that being optional observation and check-ins.

Ready to Transform Your Career Programming?

Give your members the tools and structure they need to build relationships that lead to opportunities.

We only onboard a small number of org partners per term so we can support implementation properly.
