Who sends the messages

Nodalli Technologies Inc. operates Revvive, a software platform licensed to automotive dealerships. Nodalli is the platform provider. The dealership is the sender of record and is named in every message.

Consent is never collected by Nodalli, and never inside a Nodalli app or login. It is collected by the dealership from its own customers, on the dealership's public website, before Revvive is involved. There is no app-based opt-in and no account or login is required at any point in the consent flow.

Where consent is collected

Each dealership collects consent on its own website. For our first launch dealership, Gyro Mazda (139 Laird Dr, East York, ON M4G 3V6), the opt-in is on this public page, viewable without logging in:

The same opt-in checkbox appears on the dealership's other lead forms, including its Test Drive, Financing, and Trade-In forms, and on vehicle detail pages.

The opt-in flow, step by step

1The customer visits the dealership's website and completes a lead form, entering their name, email, and phone number.

2Below the form fields there is a checkbox, unchecked by default, reading “Send me exclusive offers and promotions.” The customer must actively tick it. The form can be submitted without ticking it, and customers who do not tick it are never messaged.

3Next to the checkbox, a “View disclaimer” link opens the full consent disclosure (quoted in full below).

4The consent, with its date, is stored against that customer's record in the dealership's CRM.

5When the dealership connects its CRM to Revvive, only records carrying that recorded consent are imported. Records without it are excluded and are never messaged.

The consent disclosure, in full

This is the text shown when the customer clicks “View disclaimer” next to the opt-in checkbox, quoted verbatim:

“By submitting your email address or phone number, you allow us, Gyro Mazda, to include you on our contact lists to send you information about our products, services and promotions. You may revoke consent at any time by clicking on the ‘Unsubscribe’ link in your email. Please read our Privacy Policy or contact us for more details.”

What we send, and how to stop it

Messages are conversational follow-ups from the dealership about a vehicle the customer previously enquired about, or about booking a visit. We never send pricing, payment amounts, or trade-in valuations.

Every message names the dealership and carries opt-out instructions. Replying STOP (also CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, REVOKE, OPTOUT, STOPALL, or ARRET) unsubscribes the recipient immediately and permanently, enforced automatically at the platform level before any further send. Replying HELP (or INFO or AIDE) returns the dealership's identity and opt-out instructions. Message and data rates may apply.
