Partnerships & Engagement Lead
Drive Nodalli's revenue by building partnerships with universities, student groups, and businesses
Key Responsibilities
- •Building and refining and executing the sales playbook
- •Contact identification and list building. Identify and qualify partnership opportunities
- •Run high volume cold outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events)
- •Pitch deck and case study development
- •Occasional account management and client satisfaction ensurement
- •Manage sales pipeline and CRM updates
- •Negotiate deals and close contracts
- •Provide feedback to founders on product-market fit
Skills & Requirements
- •Strong communicator, persuasive and professional
- •Experience in sales, business development, or partnerships
- •Independent operator, can manage own pipeline
- •Bonus: familiarity with edtech or SaaS
Compensation Structure
- •3-week trial period to see if you like the role and are a good fit
- •Base: $25/hour ($1,500/month)
- •Commission: 5% of revenue from deals closed
- •Bonus: up to $1,000 bonus per key partnerships closing
- •Opportunity for vertical mobility to account manager following consistently strong performance
Commitment Level
Contract / Part-time, ~15–20 hrs per week
Success Metrics
- •Number of qualified leads generated
- •Meetings booked
- •# of signed partnerships per quarter
- •Revenue contribution (monthly recurring revenue added)
- •Other non-numeric value adds (strategy building)
Growth Path
Potential to transition into Head of Growth/Revenue role with higher base + equity if scaling well.
Full-Stack Developer
Build and refine Nodalli's core app, ensuring a reliable, user-friendly experience for students and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- •Develop core app features (onboarding, LinkedIn integration, dashboards)
- •Maintain clean, scalable codebase
- •Collaborate with founders on product roadmap
- •Implement integrations with third-party APIs (e.g., Apollo, Google)
- •Handle bug fixes and performance improvements
Skills & Requirements
- •Strong experience with React/React Native, Node.js, Supabase, etc.
- •Can work independently and deliver on milestones
- •Understanding of UX and product design
- •Bonus: prior experience in SaaS or networking tools
Compensation Structure
- •3-week trial period to see if you like the role and are a good fit
- •Base: $25/hour ($1,500/month)
- •Bonus: up to $1,000 bonus per key milestone achievement within time period
